Clubman Shave Soap

So I have been using a shaving soap for about 20 years. This soap has a nice smell and lathers well. It is softer than any soap I have used so far. This can be good, but it can also lead to using too much. So, time will tell and it is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

I have used this forever. My mom had a shop and ordered this soap for dad and me.

Purchased this when they first came out with it. I've tried others but none has the "slickness" as this shave soap. Plus, you can't beat the aroma......clubman vanilla.

This shaving soap is just fabulous! It lathers up beautifully with my Simpson Duke 3 in Best and with my Vulfix 2235 (I believe). I have others but those two were my first serious buy, my very first is my still in use Burma Shave brush. O.k. back to the soap. Awesome scent, awesome cushion, awesome slickness, just awesome lather all the way around! Again if you're listening Pinaud Clubman, please do not ever stop making this awesome product. I've tried many different shave soaps in an attempt to find the perfect complement to my badger brush and safety razor. Without a doubt, this is it--the smell is fantastic, the lather just right, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. At $5.95, it's also a bargain!

Only shave product that keeps my husband bump and ingrown hair free. he refuses to use anything else!

I'm not quite what you'd call a veteran shave soap user,. This is only my second. But I'm very pleased to have this in my arsenal of shaving products. It helps me get the experience of shave soap usage in a big way. People have told me that you can get a lot of shaves out of a 2 oz. soap-certainly encouraging to know. With the clean, slick face-feel and of course the great Clubman fragrance, I'll be ordering this product again in the future. Thanks, Clubman!

This new shave soap has the fragrance of the Clubman Vanilla, which is a great scent. The soap lathers properly and gives a nice smooth coating for my straight razor shave. I do wish the diameter of the container was 1-2 inches wider, however, that is a minor issue. The soap is great!
