Clubman Shave Soap

This may be the best shave soap I have ever used...and I've been shaving for 55 years!. I recommend it highly.

Great shaving soap. It laters very easy and goes on thick . Very good slickness and easy blade feel. The scent is very lite and will not over power your favorite aftershave splash or balm. Highly recommend this shaving soap and I will buy this produce agin in the future.

This is one of the very best shave soaps I have had the priveledge to use. It has a nice fresh smell and it lathers nicely. The lather also provides a nice protective layer to my skin so the razor takes off the beard not the skin. I have used this product for quite a little while. I just plain like using the product. The packaging is also nice, keeps the soap from completely drying out.

For me it's the best shave soap there is. No irritation or bumps after a shave.

Clubman shaving soap is a superior product - will continue using.

I wish it was easy to get out of the can to put in my shave cup. Other than that it's great. I've never had a bad Clubman product.

I really love Clubman products and I have been using the aftershave for years. So needless to say, I really wanted to like the shave soap as well. However, there just isn’t anything to like about it. I’m so shocked by all of the great reviews and then my experience being so different, I thought about ordering another one to give it a second chance but that makes no sense I used the entire bowl. It lathers ok but there is no substance to the soap, none of the protective lubrications that I feel with any other shave soaps I use, including the economy brands. The container is too small to work up a good lather with a normal sized brush so you will need to use another shaving bowl for that. It’s just over all a disappointing product. I still love clubman though and will definitely order other items. Maybe this one can be improved or maybe I just got a bad batch lol. CLUBMAN ONLINE RESPONSE: Hi, Phillip. We're sorry you were disappointed in Clubman's shave soap. The reality is everyone has different expectations of what they like, which is normal. Clubman shave soap isn't a huge lather soap. Instead, you just need a slightly damp brush to get a heavy, thin coat on the face. Maybe give this a try and see what you think.
