Clubman Rewards & Refer-A-Friend - Terms & Conditions

Clubman Rewards

  • All Clubman Rewards members must have a valid postal and email address and be age 18 or older.   All Clubman Rewards members must register online (or already be registered with Clubman Online) in order to activate their Clubman Rewards account.
  • Our system only allows credit to be kept in one dollar increments. In the event that the credit applied exceeds the purchase price (e.g. $4 in credits are redeemed for a $3.75 purchase) we unfortunately cannot issue credit on the change. (In the case shown, $4 credit would be deducted from the Clubman Rewards account).
  • The current point rule is: for every $1 spent on ClubmanOnline.com, 1 point is awarded. 40 points = $2 reward in the form of store credit. Rewards are only awarded at each 40 point level; partial credit will not be available in-between 40 point levels.
  • One account per customer / per email address. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
  • Clubman Points are redeemable for all items in ClubmanOnline.com. Products available for rewards are subject to change.
  • The number of points earned from each purchase may vary from time to time at our sole discretion. There may also be from time to time, multiple point offers as part of a promotion (e.g. ‘double points’, where each $1 spent would equal 2 points).
  • Clubman Rewards members can only redeem Clubman Points upon reaching the qualifying level. The qualifying level is 40 points for each $2 earned and in increments of 40 points for every $2 after that. Clubman Online determines the particular transactions on which points can be earned and the number of points given, all of which is subject to change at our sole discretion.
  • Clubman Rewards points cannot be used towards purchase of any type of Gift Card.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
  • Clubman Rewards members cannot add money to their account; it is strictly a promotional account and cannot serve as a debit or credit account.
  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend and/or close any member's account, for any reason, including but not limited to the following: if we reasonably believe that these terms and conditions have been breached or if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with ClubmanOnline.com, if the member supplies false or misleading information to ClubmanOnline.com or if they are abusive or offensive to any member of our staff. A member can close his/her account at any time by notifying us. If an account is closed by us or by the member, the right to redeem points from that account is lost.
  • All purchases made in full or part via Clubman Points / money cannot be refunded. These items can only be exchanged for items of an equal or greater value. There can be no refund of points and/ or money on a transaction involving Clubman Rewards.
  • Points that have been redeemed cannot be used again. If a transaction on which loyalty points are issued is cancelled or not completed, we will reverse the associated points. If insufficient points are available, or we suspect fraud or misconduct, points may be refused or cancelled at our sole discretion.
  • Account information will only be available to Clubman Rewards members online. We will correct an account if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be incorrect.
  • Points are restricted to one account and cannot be transferred or combined with another to redeem a reward.
  • The registered account holder is responsible for the security of their account. If the member thinks an unauthorized person may have become aware of any security code, password or account number, they should contact Clubman Online immediately at info@ClubmanOnline.com.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time or to suspend or terminate the Clubman Rewards program, at our sole discretion. We will make every effort to give advance notice to Clubman Rewards members.
  • Due to how the system works, Clubman Points cannot be redeemed within 24 hours of being issued.

Refer-A-Friend

  • Registered Clubman Rewards members will recieve 50 Clubman Rewards points upon referring new members into the program. Multiple accounts per person or household are not allowed. Referrals must have a different shipping address than referrers. Referrers must already be Clubman Rewards members.
  • 50 Clubman Rewards points for referrers are credited upon first completed purchase by each new member that they refer. If the new member completes a purchase and then returns the item, the 50 Clubman Rewards points will be subtracted from the referrer's account.
  • Points earned from successful referrals are subject to the same terms, conditions and limitations as store credits earned from purchases in the Clubman Rewards program.
  • Any attempts to unfairly earn referral store credits (e.g. using different identities for an existing registered member, fictitious persons, etc.), will result in immediate and permanent revocation of membership in Clubman Rewards for both the referrer and the new member (if appropriate) and all earned credits and points will be immediately forfeited for all parties.
  • Points earned by referrals will take approximately 24 hours to show up in the system and will not be available until then.
  • Clubman Online reserves the right to change the terms or discontinue the Refer-A-Friend program at any time and for any reason. We will make all reasonable efforts to notify active members in advance, but cannot guarantee advance notice.
