What is Clubman Rewards?
- Clubman Rewards is a program that lets you earn points with every purchase on ClubmanOnline.com. These points have a dollar value in store credit and can be redeemed on future purchases. The program is administered totally online; there is no loyalty card.
- For each $1 spent (excluding tax, shipping, and handling), you earn 1 Clubman point. Every time you reach 40 points, $2 in store credit is deposited in your account, which can be used on any future purchase. This credit is in addition to other promotions that Clubman Online may run in the future.
How can I join Clubman Rewards?
- If you have signed up for our newsletters and are on our mailing list, you are automatically registered for Clubman Rewards. If you would like to create an account and sign up (or login to your current account), click here.
How do I redeem my points for store credit?
- For every 40 Clubman Reward points earned you may redeem the points for $2 store credit. To redeem your points for credit:
- Log in to your ClubmanOnline account.
- The “Join Now” buttons on the Clubman Rewards banners will change to show your current points balance.
- Click on the points balance total and a screen overlay will appear. Click on redeem for any available credit. Store credit in the redeemed amount will be available during checkout and you will see the credit available on your My Account page.
How does the Refer-A-Friend program work?
- It's simple. For every friend or family member you invite to shop at ClubmanOnline.com, when they place their first order, you will receive 50 Clubman Rewards points.
How do I invite family and friends via the Refer-A-Friend program?
- After completeing an order in out store you will see a screen inviting you invite your friends to shop at ClubmanOnline.com. Follow the instructions on the page and choose your method of inviting friends to join. You will recieve point credits for every friend who places an initial order with ClubmanOnline.com. Your points award will automatically be credited to your account.
How many Clubman Points do I get for my Clubman Online purchases?
- You will receive one reward point for every $1.00 that you spend. For each 40 points you accumulate, you will earn $2.00 store credit, which can be used toward any purchase on ClubmanOnline.com (Terms subject to change).
Can I apply points earned during a purchase as credit for the same purchase?
- No. Clubman Rewards credits cannot be used in the same purchase in which they are earned. They will be available for your very next purchase (although please note that it usually takes around 24 hours for points to appear in the system).
Are there any other advantages to Clubman Rewards?
- Of course! Clubman Rewards members will receive periodic email updates from ClubmanOnline.com with information and special offers.
Do I earn points on tax and freight?
- No. Clubman Rewards are awarded based on the price paid for products, not including tax or freight.
Can I apply points to cover tax and freight?
- No. Clubman Rewards points can only be applied to products purchased; this cannot include tax or freight.
I suspect someone might have access to my account and may use my points without my knowledge. What can I do?
- Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any unauthorized use of Clubman Points. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
When do my points turn into actual money that I can spend?
- Every time you earn 40 points, another $2 will automatically transfer into money that you can spend on any future purchase.
I have just checked my points level and my points seem to have disappeared or gone down – where are they?
- This just means your points are turning into money. Every time you hit 40 points, it automatically transforms your points into money. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will check your balance for you.
I have just bought things in your store and there are no points showing on my balance, what is wrong?
- It takes about 24 hours for your account to have points applied so please be patient – the points are on the way!
